Can we create custom dashboards just the way we want?

Yes! With the drag-and-drop feature, you can build dashboards using predefined graphs or ask the AI assistant to create a graph with the data you want. These graphs can be resized and repositioned to highlight the most important data for you.

No. Everything is developed with a point-and-click and drag-and-drop approach. You simply provide the system information and specify the graphs and analyses you want to see, and Brilliant View takes care of the technical aspects for you.

The user limit varies based on your subscription type, but with the Enterprise subscription, it’s unlimited. Additionally, all customers can create an unlimited number of dashboards, regardless of their subscription plan.

Yes. From the edit mode in your dashboard, you can change the graph type, names, and more.

Since Brilliant View authenticates accounts via your Microsoft environment, your IT department handles access management to your Brilliant View environment and dashboards. Users log in and use Brilliant View through their Microsoft 365 work account.

Yes. Just let your personal account manager at Brilliant View know, and we will explore the possibility of integrating it into your Brilliant View account.

Currently, access to dashboards can be set to either private (personal) or public (for all users). Role-based access control (by person or team) is a feature under development and will be available in a future update.

No. We are continuously developing more features for Brilliant View, and these functionalities will be made available to you as part of your subscription.

No. The AI assistant does not share your data with third parties, and your data is not used to train the AI.

If an employee has left and their Microsoft account is deleted, disabled, or blocked internally, they will not be able to log into Brilliant View or access your data.

All your Microsoft 365 users will be eligable for access to Brilliant View. You IT-department manages the access rights. If they’re logged into their Microsoft 365 work account, and the IT-department has granted them rights to use Brilliant View, they will automatically be logged into Brilliant View with the same account.

If you cancel your subscription to Brilliant View, your integrations, dashboards, and data will be deleted after 30 days. No one will have access to your data after that.

Yes, from the data connector page. Data is updated once an hour by default, ensuring you always have fresh data to base your decisions on.

Yes. From the Data Connector page, you can see which sources are integrated into View, as well as which tables and data types are being imported.
